Among them and not limited to It is abrasive, leaves foot prints on bottom of pool which accumulates dirt using up your sanitizer causing more frequent cloudy water. If any sand particles were left on inside of wall during the installation the lateral pressure of water on liner against the pebble against the wall will cause minute holes and you pool will lose water constantly. Any leaks in liner the sand will follow the water and wash out the sand berm at bottom of wall.
