The set up for a pump is pretty straight
forward. Attach the hose for the suction line to the skimmer.
(in a portable pool the skimmer will be inside the pool, on a steel
wall pool it will attach to the outside of the pool wall.) and
attach to the pump by the hair and lint trap or the suction
connecter, the line from the pump to the pool is hooked into the
return fitting. |
The procedure remains the same for a pool with a
heater except the heater is installed on the return line |

If you have an inline salt water generator it is
also plumbed on the return line. |
If you have BOTH the salt water generator and the
heater, you will want to install the salt water generator on
the suction line coming into the filter. This provides enough
separation from any heat source to forestall any possible
problems |
