Here is what happen. When you
originally put sand in the
pool. The light pebbles floated
up in the air and landed on the
wall. The wall was not wiped
down. The sand pepples over time
pierced your liner from the
pressure of water against the
liner and water flowed out in
small amounts and rusted the
steel wall right at the small
diameter hole. The pH. in water
tilted too low causing acidity
conditions and rusted out your
wall. You will need a new liner
a new wall and remove the sand
and add comfy bottom instead.
That will sure your problem.
