This two season rebind*, or replace warranty covers
all portable above ground pools unless other wise noted.
All portable above ground pools are made in basically the same
form. In the manufacturing process there are rare occasions when
workmanship or packing has caused a problem with your pool that is
not easily handled. The purpose of this warranty is to cover you
against such occurrences. Once you have erected your pool and and
filled it with water these pools can be virtually indestructible. It
in this original set up period that 97% percent of all problems
become evident. On the very rare occasion that you do find a problem
then the 2 Season Rebind* or replace warranty kicks in. Please note
that most problems, such as loose seams, weeping and pinhole leaks
are NOT causes for replacement of liners. and we will work with you
to simply repair the damaged liner. We will even supply the
specially made adhesives to get the Job done. All efforts will
be made to repair the liner before the replacement option is
indicated. Portable liners with seam openings , pin hole
leaks and weeping are not eligible for replacement as they are
repairable. If missing or broken frame pieces should occur we
will help you contact the manufacturer to obtain your missing parts.
Finally if repair is considered not a possibility by both parties
then replacement may be indicated. By using this process we are able
to keep our prices lower for you. The shipping costs for liners is
prohibitively expensive and should be avoided when repairs can be
made easily and completely, especially since any repairs made with
out adhesives will be as strong or stronger than the original. If we
had to absorb many unnecessary shipping costs for liners which
could be simply, easily completely and quickly repaired by you at
your site then our prices would not be "the best possible" that you
have become accustomed to. The replacement of a liner is prorated to
the season it needs to be replaced 20% per year. Warranty Items are
to be returned pre-paid and will be returned to you pre-paid
* The word rebind is used for many
different processes whereby a pool may be resealed, rebonded,
rewelded, patched or otherwise repaired.
Repairs follow this simple process
1. Lay the liner out on a hard surface (like a
patio)
2. Apply Adhesive as instructed
3. Apply weight and let sit for 48 hours
after repairing a liner in this method it will not
tear again...ever

More: If you are using blocks to
support your pools legs, undefill your liner with dirt to relieve
stress on overlap liner. This stress could cause your liner overlap
to loosen. This damage is also does not cause the replacement of the
liner as this is rebondable. These limited pro rated warranties
cuts, scrapes which are easily resealed with out toothpaste style
rubberized bonding adhesive which melts into holes, cuts scrapes,,
loose seams, or tears these are consumer type products which is a
NON CATASTROPHIC Failure. Larger Cuts and holes need our vynabond
and liner material to reseal liner and is available on request.
It re-welds, side straps, decorative add on stripes and
overlap overpipe material. These products have been onsite tested by
portable pools in Florida blown away by Hurricanes and floods, some
of these pools have landed in trees, telephone poles and highways
and have been successfully rebonded. These portable pools are
truly miracle pools.
